OUR STRATEGY AND PROJECT PLAN
Planning & Permits (~1–2 Months)
  • Initial Design & Budgeting
    Create preliminary designs, establish budgets, and set overall project scope.
  • Permits & Approvals
    Submit applications for building permits and other required local/government approvals.
Site Preparation (~1–2 Months)
  • Clearing & Grading (1–2 weeks)
    Remove existing vegetation, debris, and level the ground.
  • Excavation & Foundation (2–4 weeks)
    • Soil Testing – Ensure ground stability and identify any special foundation needs.
    • Foundation Work – Pour footings, slabs, or other foundation elements.
Superstructure Construction (~3–6 Months)
  • Framing (4–8 weeks)
    Erect walls, floors, and roof framing.
  • Roofing (2–4 weeks)
    Install roof trusses and covering (shingles, metal, tiles, etc.).
  • Exterior Finishes (4–6 weeks)
    Apply siding, brickwork, stucco, or other exterior cladding.
MEP Installation (~2–4 Months)
  • Plumbing (3–6 weeks)
    Run water supply lines, drains, and install fixtures.
  • Electrical (3–6 weeks)
    Wire the structure for power, lighting, and other electrical services.
  • HVAC (3–6 weeks)
    Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Interior Finishes (~3–5 Months)
  • Insulation & Drywall (4–6 weeks)
    Ensure proper insulation, then hang and finish drywall.
  • Flooring (2–4 weeks)
    Install tile, hardwood, laminate, or other flooring materials.
  • Painting (2–4 weeks)
    Prime and paint walls, ceilings, and trims.
  • Cabinetry & Fixtures (3–5 weeks)
    Fit kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, built‐in storage, and final fixtures.
Final Touches & Landscaping (~1–2 Months)
  • Final Inspections (1–2 weeks)
    Schedule official building, electrical, plumbing, and safety inspections.
  • Punch List & Corrections (2–4 weeks)
    Identify and fix any remaining defects, incomplete tasks, or cosmetic issues.
  • Landscaping & Exterior Work(2–4 weeks)
    Grade, plant, and add walkways, patios, or other finishing touches to the exterior.
Project Closeout (~1 Month)
  • Final Walkthrough & Handover (1–2 weeks)
    Review all aspects of the building with stakeholders or owners.
  • Documentation & Warranties (1–2 weeks)
    Provide manuals, warranties, and final documentation for future reference.
